GanoDB
Basal stem rot kills oil palms before it can be seen. By the time a bracket appears on the trunk, the stem is already largely destroyed. GanoDB is a research database for the pathogen behind it, Ganoderma boninense — built so that the questions the field actually asks have somewhere to be asked.
Pick a research goal. Each opens a ranked shortlist of candidates with the reasoning shown, drawn from 16,748 annotated genes, 16,141 predicted structures and every public genome and transcriptome for the species.

Every candidate here is computational. Predictions carry their evidence grade, and nothing on this site has been validated in the lab.
